Today:

All done in 20kg Vest.

Pullups - 6 sets of 4. Never managed more than 2 reps before. Big PR.

Gironda Dips - 5 sets of 12.

Inverted Rows - 5 sets of 10.

Vest off: 5 mile run.

Posted this originally, before the run. Felt good: so rather than stopping at 3 miles, I did 5!!

Did pull-ups on the kids climbing frame.

It's got monkey bars on an arch - and they feel quite close together - so pronated pull-ups have to be Russian Gymnast strict.

3 Rounds of:

4 Pronated Pull-ups
4 Asymmetrical Neutral Grip Pull-ups, left hand high
4 Asymmetrical Neutral Grip Pull-ups, right hand high

Then did:

25 x (2 Dips s/s 2 Pull-ups)

All done in about 35 minutes.

50 Dips: 86 Pull-ups

3.1 mile run, which appeared to be uphill in both directions.

Last 300 metres was ALL UPHILL!?!

Black Band Resisted 20kg KB Swings - 3 sets of 10

Single Leg Glute Bridge with 12kg KB - 3 sets of 12

Kneeling KB Squats - 3 sets of 10

All done with a 20kg Vest on.

Two Dips supersetted with two Pullups. 25 Rounds.

Total: 50 Dips and 50 Pullups.

This was so hard, I had to walk for about 20-30 metres between each round.

Finished in 27:03. Doing it just bodyweight would take less than 15 minutes.

Brutal.

Black Band Pull-aparts: 5 sets of 15

Black Band Flyes: 3 sets of 10.

This is exactly excellent! Eat dream be a machine that won’t damage yourself. You control the board. Beware the overkill but do not skate above or below the redline. Shift when you know the brain may run on the Dan Ger. That’s what I may have done . Ticked I was smacking my forearms on a steel atlas stone freezing cold. Latex on the freezing ground one time gets in the bones and it eats you inside out once cacacold. Remember not done with you yet! Happy
