Total: 50 Dips and 50 Pullups. This was so hard, I had to walk for about 20-30 metres between each round. Finished in 27:03. Doing it just bodyweight would take less than 15 minutes. Brutal. Black Band Pull-aparts: 5 sets of 15 Black Band Flyes: 3 sets of 10. | ||

Beware the overkill but do not skate above or below the redline. Shift when you know the brain may run on the Dan Ger. That’s what I may have done . Ticked I was smacking my forearms on a steel atlas stone freezing cold. Latex on the freezing ground one time gets in the bones and it eats you inside out once cacacold. Remember not done with you yet! | ||
