I set my damper at 4 or so for longer distance, but recently tried upping it for sprints. I did my last 100m sprints on 10, but it's horrible compared to 4. 7 is a nice halfway house which I think favours a lifter (ie, more power than fitness) but isn't too brutal.

I am going to try a minute max on 9. See how I get on, then run this entire damper catalogue and check out the data afterwards.

I have probably been beating myself down on the wrong setting for years!!

Weighted Crunch x 12kg x 15
Ab Twists x 20kg x 12
Weighted Lower Abs Raise x 15
Side Bends x 24kg x 12
Ab Wheel x 15
20kg KB Circles x 10 clockwise/anti
Back Extensions x 15

does the vest make much difference with walking?

I got my dad one a couple of years ago and considered getting one myself for walking but I wasnt sure if it would have a significant enough an impact to outweigh having to go out wearing something resembling a suicide vest.

It looks like a jihadi body warmer. Of that, there is no doubt.

It's not as good as walking on an incline on a treadmill, but it's better than nothing.

Then 1 minute max @ 9. Managed 350 metres. This may be my level.....

SB Box Squats - 100kg for five sets of 3

Leg Press - three 25s a side for 25 reps

Leg Extensions - 105kg for 25 reps

GHR - 4 sets of 6
