I did my last 100m sprints on 10, but it's horrible compared to 4. 7 is a nice halfway house which I think favours a lifter (ie, more power than fitness) but isn't too brutal. | ||

I got my dad one a couple of years ago and considered getting one myself for walking but I wasnt sure if it would have a significant enough an impact to outweigh having to go out wearing something resembling a suicide vest. | ||
