Ever time I pick up the sandbag and go insane on it, my old man overused and injured hand swells. Gotta change up how I hold it or I’m doomed with that event. 2 days it’s hard to hold a cup of coffee. Foot go to one arm stuff and squat if the swelling won’t go away soon. Doctors I found out for me are last resort IDunWANNA Gowowow. This is a weird video that I wonder what was in their heads?

Axle Deadlifts DOH No chalk - up to 150kg.

Log Press - 55kg Rebel Strength 13" log:

A real hard day at the office on this. Weird. Struggled to do any decent reps on this.
It was like I was starting from a dead spot in my arms. 75kg felt massively heavy.

Viper Press felt much easier than push pressing.
Odd.

Farmers Walk: up to 90kg a side for 25 metres, then a few sets of 70kg a side.

Dips.

An wheel.

Squats against doubled mini bands:
100kg x 2 x 4 sets

This was about 80 - 90kg at the top. 30 odd kg at the bottom.

Knees hurt, as I didn't have my sleeves on, so only did 4 sets.

Paused Squats: 100kg x 3 x 3 sets

Seated Swiss Bar OH Press: 50kg x 6 x 4 sets

Weighted Pullups

Facepulls

Banded TKEs.

Cable Rows

Rotator Cuff stuff

I tweaked my hamstring a couple of weeks ago. Stretching in a pool.

A weird popping sensation, with only a mild stretch.

Been irritated since then. What I did, I do not know.

Deadlift:

Wider than normal stance, DOH, rolled weight in to try and give the hamstring a night off.

40kg x 5
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
100kg x 4
120kg x 2
140kg x 1
160kg x 1
180kg x 1

SSB Good Mornings: 80kg x 12 x 3 sets

Leg Press up to 265kg x 10

Lying Hamstring Curls: 45kg x 10 x 3 sets

Definitely felt the tweak here. Some direct work like this is probably a good thing.

Rotator Cuff stuff.

Paused Pullups.

As sand goes through an hourglass, so are the days of different tweaks. Some come back to visit. Pop is cool! Snap is bad. Crackle never leaves. But really pop is not goid.

I wasn't even stretching hard. And it was in warm water. Weird how these things happen.

I'll get someone to roll it with a barbell. The agony of that should take my mind off it.

i dont necessarily think that aggressive rolling helps with things like that

First time in ages.

Lazy boy.

Warm up and rolling.

SSB Squats on a cheap bar, which really felt like it was trying to drive me nose first into the floor. Which is beneficial in a way, I suppose.

Bar x 10
40kg x 5
60kg x 5
80kg x 3
100kg x 3 x 5 sets. Felt like 140kg on a decent bar.

Leg Press on a plate-loaded machine so small, I had to be helped in and out of it. No joke.

Did 5 reps adding 25kg-a-side each set, until there were 5 plates a side. Then did 10 reps at that weight.

Walking Lunges
BW x 20
10kg x 20
20kg x 20
