OH Press with a log: 60kg x 10

Farmers Walk up to 90kg a side.

Various shuttle runs and duck walks.

Stone training with bumper plates and loading pin up to 125kg.

Pull-ups

Dips

Machine Rows

Rotator Cuff work.

It seems like when your placing the log on your thighs and pulling in tight, if you get a good spin on the log it is higher up and if you get a sort of momentum the press runs as planed.

Went to do Atlas Stones today.

Body felt like it was running on empty after Saturday.

Did carry and loads with various tyres, stones and barrels instead.

Then some light RDLs with a band around my legs for the glutes.

Various Monster Walks.

Back Extensions.

Pullovers.

Rolling.

Just an easy day to avoid any further damage.
