level 4 bioCheese Member 5265, 82 posts | Post Edited: 10.02.2016 @ 10:20 AM by hardcheese I have only dabbled maybe visited gym 20 times in my life (and I am in my mid 40's) plus have a bench in the garage I rarely use.I have now joined a gym (last week) and plan on making effort to go regularly. I am genetically disproportionately large below the belt (wahey!) particularly my calf muscles. I used the calf press machine 50 reps with the max weight which wasn't that hard but when I came off the machine felt like I was going to keel over - is that cause all the blood had gone to my legs/normal? - I don't normally train my legs as they already massive compared to my upper body but the lady at the next machine was looking rather fetching | ||
