Doesn't look like it. Someone apparantly found one in a cheapo shop (poundland or similar) but can't remember where exactly.

Just posting to say it was 5 months since my last squat and DL PBs. I've not attempted within 10% since.

I really need to get my finger out and focus, tied to this BB routine for 2 months though with a friend Unhappy

They looked easy enough. Did you use a snatch grip (can't see as it's pretty zoomed in) and can't see what's happening with your knees.

Yeah will film better next time.

I used a snatch grip. Behind neck jerk to get it up. I'm not sure if I'll manage to get 80+ OH in the position though.

Meal of Yesterday


My Gran took the family to a pub restaurant for tea yesterday and i found this bad boy on the menu.

'Super Surf Turf and Cluck' 9oz Steak, Jumbo battered fish, chicken breast, Chips.

Felt s**t today, head ache, neck still hurts. Got through the session ok though.

Squats are feeling very hard at what should be light weights, hard to get rhythm. This worries me somewhat as im only 3 of 12 weeks into this squat once per week routine.

My shoulders are looking hencher though so can't complain Grin

Was an off day from BB routine with friend which means fun stuff day.

Did a Big leg session yesterday and could feel it while trying to clean, so these aren't as good as they would have been and im sure id have made the last rep.
