I don't have one we don't have any machines at my gym just squat stands and a bench

I want this for home use to rehab my back

Band good mornings? Or is it more for the stretch at the bottom?

Thanks man... my bad...

In the mean time, have you tried light banded good mornings at home for high reps? I used to do them and they always helped and gives me a nice back pump. Makes my back feel thick. Solid. Tight.

I bought one off Ebay, it was ok, until the pin got stuck and doing them with weight caused it to ping out and send the foot rest flying and subsequently my face into the floor with the bar behind my head still. So I am a little wary of using it even though I fixed it.

BTW what do you guys think about good mornings (with good form of course) vs back extension vs Romanlian deadlifts? Would GMs/Romanian DLs be more useful (as its more sports specific) and easier to load?

Buy some metal, come and use my welder and angle grinder. I bet we could make a Millsy-proof one Tongue

(You'll have to unpack the welder and set it up though Grin )

I bought this one about 6 months ago and it's great value for money and pretty damn solid too.

Do you have a training buddy?

Raise a DB bench up using blocks or plates, have them lie on your legs. Voilla back extension machine.

I know it says 200kg in the description but quite often with these cheap made in china products that is not the case I have emailed the seller to confirm the weight
rating

as we had this with set of squat stands i emailed the seller on ebay about them the add said rated to 300kg i emailed the seller who advised against using more than 240kg on them
