My training log leading into the British 2015, coming down from the supers to the 120's, hoping to win my category and secure a place on the 2016 junior team to go to Estonia and Texas for the euro's and worlds respectively.

Squats: 70/120/150 x 5r, 4 x 175kg x 8r (working sets)

Spoto bench (3 sec pause): 60/80/100 x 5r, 4 x 115kg x 8r (working sets)

2" deficit deadlifts: 70/120/170 x 5r, 4 x 205kg x 6r (working sets)

20 minute stretching/warm down

I actually took the 3 sec paused Spoto press into my own training. Its horrible but seems to do a job.

Haven't done them in a long time due to shoulder issues, but since sorting tekkers out on bench with Mick Hunnam, my shoulder pain is gone and bench is really getting good, the spoto press will help push me to that 180 i hope

30 mins mobility work

1s x 200kg x 10reps (amrap) could probably have gone for more to be honest, but didn't want to sacrafice form as that is my main goal at the moment.

Bench: 60/80/100 x 6reps
5 x 122.5kg x 6reps

Deadlift: 70/120/150/170/200 x 3reps
5s x 220kg x 4reps (beltless)

Was coaching at the YNE all weekend so onlty managed tgo get a little workout in on some assistance movements:

Seat db press: 4 x 50's x 10reps

Chins: 3 x bw x 10reps

Underhand chins: 3 x bw x 8reps

Hammer curls: 3 x 12reps

Pushdowns: 3 x 12reps

Ab rollouts: 3 x 12reps

Cheers mate, i felt surprisingly fresh to be honest, was drinking gatorade throughout as i am with all the high volume stuff lol, seems to help a bit, weights are getting heavier sesssion on session for each workout with the same rep ranges, so at the end of this 4 weeks i'll have buuilt up a good amount of volume and kg shifted leading nicely into my heavier phases where hopefully my new techniques will transfer and help me lift bigger.

Cheers mate, will be aiming for 280/180/320 if all goes well and to plan, i think a 750-780 total will win the class and hold me in a good position to crack on for 800 at the internationals in 2016. That is if all goes well however, you never know in this game haha.
