This date has been chosen to work around Dragons, BSM u90 and Euro 90's. As it is a national final it will be HEAVY. Events will be: 110kg Log for reps in 75 secs Truck pull (rope and harness) Keg toss Fingals fingers (reps of single finger in 75secs) Max deadlift (oly bar - suits and straps allowed) 140kg Husafelt stone carry Atlas stones These events have been chosen to get a way from the same basic 5 or 6 events that get recycled over and over at competitions as much as possible, with out destroying my bank balance If I can get a keg toss set-up sorted out and those guys that are competing would rather see that swapped in for one of the existing events, we'll do that. This will be a 24hr weigh-in, but you can weigh-in the morning of, if you wish. If anyone that is looking to compete has any questions, fire away. Is there a limit to number of atheletes and what the last possible entry date, is this a qualifier for Arnold's next year

Member 2276, 514 posts SQ 240, BP 195, DL 260 695.0 kgs @ 79kgs UnEq	Post Edited: 27.02.2013 @ 20:45 PM by Mike_Neale i'm thinking that if the keg toss can be swapped in, maybe put it in, in place of log, but thats no guarantee at all just yet the running order isn't set in stone, i would just like to stick to the static-mobile-static-mobile-static-mobile idea as much as possible though cut off for entries will be end of june time at the moment there is no limit to the number of guys but i would like to keep it around the 10-12 mark for a couple of reasons, firstly it works perfectly for the WSM final and the Arnolds and secondly because there are 7 events that will not be able to run head to head, we need to keep an eye on the time. it will be held at my gym in northampton
