Is log press for reps from chest like at qualifiers? how long is the course on the farmers, is it one drop and out? Are straps/suits allowed on deadlift? How high is the platform for stones? Sorry for all the questions, no dought I may have a few more at some point

The legendary Discus Ben Member 1550, 476 posts | Whats the reasoning behind two qualification spots for the 105's? The Worlds is a open comp, there is no reason to be 105. The world naturals is a great oppurtunity and should (in my opinion) be given to the best 4 athletes. As it stands some very good opens will miss out on the chance to compete, i mean no disrespect to the 105's (afterall i am a 105 and I know for a fact that some would do very well against the opens) but i think we would take a better quality of athletes to the worlds if qualification was from the opens. I know in previous years selection for the World naturals has caused problems, with many feeling it has been unfair. So even as it stands its a big improvement, but i cant see why 105 athletes should be favoured over the opens in a open comp. I dont know what others think, perhaps other competitors could express an opinion.

technical retard Member 172, 36827 posts SQ 310, BP 205, DL 335850.0 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | How would you know the opens finishing 3rd & 4th were better than the top 2 105s though, unless they were all one comp, with 2 different results! That doesn't seem to be the case though!
