Chin-ups

Standing Press:

Barbell Curls

55kg x 5

Dips:

Bodyweight x 6
Bodyweight + 100.5lb x 5

This session had to be rushed, so lots of reps were missed, although I did go up on standing press and curls.

Squat:

140kg x 3
170kg x 6

Deadlift:

210kg x 1

Dumbbell Shrugs:

57.5kg (each hand) x 6

Trained with a friend in a different gym today, not the best idea as there were no bars with a decent grip. I could only hold on for 1 rep at 210 on the deadlift so I left it at that.

Very good session today, even got shouted at for making my chin-ups look easy! Got a comfortable 6 on everything after bench, so I'm going up on everything next time

Calf Raises:

Bodyweight + 95lb x 10

This session felt good, back to nearly what I was doing before. Squat was very easy so will go up next time, deadlift will stay the same

Training was harder today, never liked training in the summer! Hopefully doing less warming up will enable me to get the last rep that I've missed today

This could not have gone better. Squat felt very easy and deadlift even easier. A couple of reps with shaky technique but nothing too bad. Bodyweight went up too, I weighed 101.25kg, first time over 100kg for a couple of months!

Very good bench, slight technique adjustment and less warm-up reps made my final set a comfortable 6. Although the rest of my session was limited due to my left bicep hurting, bit of a shame because it was going so well!

Squats are getting harder now, still got 6 though. And deadlift was really easy. The first was up fast, and the 6th was a bit slower but still good enough to go up a bit next time.

The aim of this session was to do some singles on lifts that I normally wouldn't do, just to see what I can do! Bench went really well, went up and with some small adjustments to my technique it was a comfortable 6. I'm a bit disappointed with my standing press, only 5kg more than my rep weight.

This session felt hard after missing out on training on Thursday. Squat felt just right, with a hard 6th rep and the same on the deadlift. Shrugs felt easy though, so I'll be going up next time.

Another hard session, may have one more go at 270 deadlift before going up. Squat was comfortable with a hard 6th rep.
