I could only hold on for 1 rep at 210 on the deadlift so I left it at that. | ||

Got a comfortable 6 on everything after bench, so I'm going up on everything next time | ||

Squat was very easy so will go up next time, deadlift will stay the same | ||

Squat felt very easy and deadlift even easier. A couple of reps with shaky technique but nothing too bad. Bodyweight went up too, I weighed 101.25kg, first time over 100kg for a couple of months! | ||

Although the rest of my session was limited due to my left bicep hurting, bit of a shame because it was going so well! | ||

And deadlift was really easy. The first was up fast, and the 6th was a bit slower but still good enough to go up a bit next time. | ||

Bench went really well, went up and with some small adjustments to my technique it was a comfortable 6. I'm a bit disappointed with my standing press, only 5kg more than my rep weight. | ||

Squat felt just right, with a hard 6th rep and the same on the deadlift. Shrugs felt easy though, so I'll be going up next time. | ||

Squat was comfortable with a hard 6th rep. | ||
