I don't disagree with this, because I couldn't possible say, but how do you know that 'he's never been one to lie?'

Ronnie coleman is probably the same, doubt he was taking a lot. When he was natural he had arms over 20" and he had veins sticking through his sweat pants, never over 5% bodyfat. Freak genetics. You really think to get his arms to 23.5" over many years he had to take a lot of stuff? I highly doubt it, he gained muscle very gradually over the years.

Exactly, Its a fairly safe bet that the most lied about thing in bodybuilding is how many drugs people take

Yeah I'm sure Ronnie didn't need much, he wasnt that big or lean or successful as a bodybuilder

If you know bodybuilding at all, you surely know dorian yates was 100% (and no doubt still is) the no bs kind of guy, just trained hard as f**k and won the titles.

with all my respect to dorian
he didn have the genetics neither structural nor muscle belies or tiny skin

mediocre genetics
he was the first who started the drug abuse in IFBB
he took insulina, hgh and tren abuse to a new level
its obvious in his phisuque
damaged midsection in only a few years
he began all this
of course he is a dirty liar, i dont believe anything he says about drug usage

Your not really understanding. He was less than 5% bodyfat with 20" arms and everything else big before he ever took anything and he ate burgers, pizza, icecream etc only 200g protein a day. That was the first time he went to metroflex gym, he was told there and then by the owner that he could be mr olympia. At this point he didnt even know you needed to eat more protein to gain muscle. This is 1 in a million genetics.

Edit - you don't think after another 10 years of deadicated natural training actually knowing what he was doing, eating right, doubling his protein intake etc that he couldn't gain another 2 inch on his arms or whatever on other body parts?

you dont understand the meaning of"genetics" when it comes to pro bodybuilding

genetics means "how u respond to drugs"
ronnie wasn natural since a teenager

You mean you don't. What i said was true. It also matters on your structure, having full muscle bellies etc phil heath for example, you meet him and wonder where the rest of him is, but he takes his top off and boom, he looks jacked as hell, muscles popping everywhere. He's not that big but because of his structure and the way his muscle bellies are he looks a lot bigger than he is, that again, is 1 in a million genetics. You could take everything you can get your hands on but pretty much nobody is going to look like him. The chances of somebody having his level of genetics, his level of deadication and work ethic, plus wanting to be a bodybuilder? Well it makes sense that he is the only person out of 7 billion that's mr olympia right now.
