I kind of get it weekend mornings, don't in the week don't know if its because I'm too busy to notice or that I have my breakfast later

I get the shakes and raised blood pressure while on (the things were not allowed to mention).. I used to do the same as you and try to beat it off with sweet stuff, it only works as a fast fix though. I find it better now to eat more often, rather than letting it go until I get these feelings. By doing this you can also eat a little more healthily too.

I have just bought I big bar or dairy milk just in case for later Confused

, yesturday I didn't eat a great deal then had a big take away so it might be just the sudden mass amount of fat

I had had spells like u describe and after blood tests doc attributed it to low iron count. Dont know if that was a seperate issue but iron tabs did help

It's probably down to all the s**te food you eat ffs! Dairy milks and take aways in the same post Grin

Eat cleaner and do some cardio for 2 months. See how you feel after that?!

Happens to me with Chinese food and KFC also. For that reason I've seriously cut down. I thought it had something to do with the monosodium they use but that's a wild guess. Hope you feel better soon man.

Cheers pal , only thing I haven't had a problem with is mc ds and Pizza Hut for some reason Confused they must be reyt healthy then lol

I'm just goin to do wot u have done and cut a lot of the s**t out

Too much crap food eating every day . U should eat junk max 1 time a week . Try eating more fruits and vegetables . U can be strong with fruits too . The more natural the healthier .

Haha I'm in the same boat. The odd maccys or pizza hut is what I have now or more commonly burger king. Best of luck. I also found that plenty water and veg in my diet helped. I have freaky as hell sleeps and dreams o. Chinese food.
