I used to do the same as you and try to beat it off with sweet stuff, it only works as a fast fix though. I find it better now to eat more often, rather than letting it go until I get these feelings. By doing this you can also eat a little more healthily too. | ||

The odd maccys or pizza hut is what I have now or more commonly burger king. Best of luck. I also found that plenty water and veg in my diet helped. I have freaky as hell sleeps and dreams o.
