If somebody pisses clean they are drug free. You have to trust people until proving otherwise. Otherwise what's the point?

Powerlifting has no real money involved so I doubt those passing tests, are taking some super undectable drugs, or are able to afford such people with knowledge, on getting around these tests.

Anyway to be perfectly honest, I have no real knowledge what happens at top level sport, just can't accuse everyone that is strong of cheating.

What is his bench record?
It looks like he could press at least 130kg

Is he 'Drug Free'?
In any case, would you know if he was or he wasn't?

Imo the only truly drug free athletes are the "straight edge" brigade i.e. no drugs, alcohol or prescription medication. Like CM Punk in WWE. There aren't many of them around though!

I'm drug free and I can easily press under 90kg. Am I the best? I don't know tbh. I could be.

If the food you put on the table was grown using some of the above would you still consider that drug free?

You seem to mean 'nothing' in a very passionate way Mark and whilst I applaud your tenacity I wonder if you actually know yourself the point that you're trying to make to everyone else Confused

i put 15 kg on my bench on tirbulus and ZMA in a couple of weeks
without change anything food, trianing...
am i cheating against someone who doesnt use it...of course

what food can make u do this without gaining bodyweight

of course food today is not natural quality overall, but u can make choice
can eat more organic and bio food

people should stay closer to what nature produce, to stay healthier and have more quality life

this is where it gets confusing. You make a statement like this but in the same post state what you personally have done and to what positive effect, but yet is contrary to your own advice. You can't seriously expect anyone to take your advice if you yourself do the opposite.

Your posts all have a certain consistency to them, but personally I find them consistently ambiguous. I want to be a Mark Savlon fan as much as a Paul Savage fan, but I can't.

i see nothing ambigious

for me 15 plus on bench is no positive at all, it doesnt matter as i dont compete and dont make money from this
i lift only for pussies
taking suplements is mostly a kind of experiment for me and im not planning to do it again
dont recommend it
just prooves that legal suplemetns can boost your berformance in short period of time
food cant

pretty clear point isnt it

since i eat more organic food my test is higher, my libido is higher, my cardio is better
quality life

all u naive "lifters" who sleep, eat and live for lifting weights dont know nothign about life
