Impressive. I feel like a child as I struggle with 20kg. My worst exercise but one I plan to improve a lot so thank you for this inspiring share.

I always put my elbow to the front pressing. His elbow is way out to the side. Can you press more from the side?

I notice the dumbbell is placed behind the torso rather than to the front, making it similar to a behind the neck jerk.

I will be experimenting with technique and see if placing it in a similar position yields better results.
