I rock a big scoop in my training shake. And stand by the fact this is a great idea, otherwise my maltodextrin and water would not be a tasty snack.

I take BCAA and a banana during training after work. Gets me through training when my last meal was 2-3 hrs earlier.
BCAA's and Protein powders are bad most of the time. Your body cannot digest all the protein so turns it into sugar.
