Not sure if this is a good idea of not, but i have seen on this site and other that alot of guys here have suffered with back injuries and pain, including myself.

so what i thought was having a section on sugden that is aimed at exercises, practitioners, and other relieving stuff for this issue.

Whats everybody's thoughts?

A general injury/rehab area could be good. I have some Trigger Point Therapy stuff I could contribute.

I have thought about a rehab/injury section before, I think I would like to expand on it a little so when creating threads you would have to select body part on a map and maybe list/select symptoms - then people coming into the forum would have some tools to search with to drill through the info.

If there is enough interest we'll defo add this section or a just a standard forum area until I get round to coding it.

Obviously there would be lots of disclaimers everywhere!!!

yeah we wouldn't like any legal actions taken against sugden members so maybe code a disclaimer in to the add thread section too.

Good idea, I have some first hand experience with a few things coming into lifting from rugby:

Broken Shoulder
Rotator cuff problems
Torn Cruciate

so can go through some of the things I found out in recovery (main one being don't be a macho prick and assume you can just 'get over it')

I reckon a Dr's Littler & Grifiths section would help too. Something along the lines of...

Dear Dr's,

I have & was looking for some guidance.

Dr Griff - "take some/ more gear and eat some carbs. Have a fight."

Dr Littler - "watch porn wearing a hat, and masturbate vigourously."

Simples. We could even have a regular GP to give advice like in the real world

Dr regular GP - "Give up"
