Member 3986, 10452 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | Pull ups, bent over rows, pulldowns, machine rows, I train with a bodypart split so I have a back + biceps day which might be unnecesary but I think bent over rows are a very good exercise especially for deadlifts | ||
