Its moved from left lower lat, to right across the lower back. I can move once i get going, and have been taking it easy in the gym. Also after about 8 atempts i can touch my toes with a pain in the hamstrings. Now over head pressing and front/zerchar squats dont seem to aggrivate it but light deadlifts do, I've put it down to really bad doms, or muscle imbalance Any other guys get this or had this problem? and what did ya do to help recovery??

Also try to regularly stretch your back to ensure you dont get any muscular tightness. When you return to gym after 1 week i would lay off all the exercises that aggrevate for another week and then slowly start getting back into it. If it persists after 2 weeks and theres is no improvement in your low back pain seek a physio as you might have so localised vertbebral stiffness that needs some mobilisation or manipulation.
