Ever considered squatting slightly faster, to take advantage of the rebound effect (not sure if that's the right word) of your knees with the wraps on? Might help you past that sticking point. | ||

I think if I did that I would of got it but TBH I think that's how I slipped my discs last time so I like too lower my squats quite slow and just power it out rather then using too much momentum by bouncing it , I just feel I might slip my discs again | ||
