Thanks Bill, I hope so , always wanted too get too 300kg and it's took me about 6 years lol the injury back in 2013 didn't help but I'm hoping I can finally get it , I'm going too do one more session tonight about 10 then I'm deloading again , feeling worn out again after trying too train 2 times in a day every other day

I was feeling very optimistic tbh but atleast I tried it , on a positive note I didn't get completely squashed , it came up 4-6 inches then I just hit the wall, I'll try it again after my next Deload and it might well go then , I hope so anyways lol

Like you say, it came up some way. Ever considered squatting slightly faster, to take advantage of the rebound effect (not sure if that's the right word) of your knees with the wraps on? Might help you past that sticking point.

I think if I did that I would of got it but TBH I think that's how I slipped my discs last time so I like too lower my squats quite slow and just power it out rather then using too much momentum by bouncing it , I just feel I might slip my discs again
