300x got it just below the knee, I should of just done 260 after the 230 then tried the 300 I think I might of got it then , the 280 might of taken a fair bit out of me even though it felt smooth

Thanks bill , I'm going too hopefully do a comp early 2017, I'm just working on grip work for deadlifts , going too start doing paused bench press and just general confidence and depth for squats , I feel on my top weights I need too get a little lower on my squat maybe just an inch lower

Thanks john , yes mate , the maximuscle belt is a really solid belt , perfect for heavy sets but have too decend quite slow cause I've had a rib injury using it in the past , I need too but some oly shoes or something for squatting , I've just not got round too it yet.

If I get a better shoe it will possibly help me out the hole more , the trainers are possibly obsorbing a bit of my force cause they ain't got a solid bottom on them , just working with what I've got at the min
