Thanks bill , I wish I could do 180 raw lol still not got my 160 raw yet , I was using a sling shot, I just forgot too mention it on the day I logged it cause I was rushing about. Every time I've tried 160 bench I get it half way and can't get it any further , that's why I got the slingshot too trainmy lock out , hoping it will allow me too finally get the 160 for a new pb after my next Deload | ||

Is there no way you can get a lower bench? Having your feet on the floor would give you a lot more stabilty. | ||

I've just been training in a pure gym mostly as all there benches are too high , benifcial for training any time I want but I do struggle with the stability when going heavy , it's not the best tbh | ||
