Dradlift videos from tonight , the 290 had a big hitch cause I was wearing knee sleeves with my under shorts tucked into them and the bar got stuck on the lip and it made it very hard too finish the lift , I won't ever use them again while deadlifting , I only wore them too warm my knees up fully cause it was cold in the gym.

Some excellent lifting recently. The 180 you lifted a few weeks back was that standard bench or slingshot? If it was standard then you haven't changed your profile.

Thanks bill , I wish I could do 180 raw lol still not got my 160 raw yet , I was using a sling shot, I just forgot too mention it on the day I logged it cause I was rushing about.

Every time I've tried 160 bench I get it half way and can't get it any further , that's why I got the slingshot too trainmy lock out , hoping it will allow me too finally get the 160 for a new pb after my next Deload

Good luck with the new PB. Is there no way you can get a lower bench? Having your feet on the floor would give you a lot more stabilty.

Thanks Bill , you too. I've just been training in a pure gym mostly as all there benches are too high , benifcial for training any time I want but I do struggle with the stability when going heavy , it's not the best tbh
