Thanks bill, my right arm gave in half way up , I was gutted I thought I had it , the 150 was so easy I was even sure after doing that that I would get it too, I should of done the 157.5kg first it a PB , I got too greedy lol

Doing a Deload week now , starting too feel wiped out physically and mentally , time for a rest and done speed reps then back at it for 4 weeks of 3 sets of 5 Reid followed by 4 weeks of 3 sets of 3 reps then Deload again then test my 1rm again and see how I got on

Thanks bill and Danny , I forgot too mention I was using the sling shot on bench , still hoping too do 160kg raw , i just need too train my lock out then I might have a chance of nailing it then finally , 3 times I've tried 160 now and I get stuck half way up 🙈
