Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts	Just another point for those of you interested there is a short meeting at the comp to discuss the agenda for next weeks BWLA AGM as we are sending a powerlifting representative. Bill Barton BWLA chairman will be at the contest on sunday and may be able to clear up any issues that affect powerlifting.

I dont know what Manchester is like with flooding but I am not expecting an easy journey up to Manc tomorrow so just want to be sure the comp will go on come what may! LOL

I will be keeping my eye on the carpark for Ricks lovemobile, I'm picturing a 1960's VW campervan with flowers handpainted on it and a CND sticker on the back window. I just don't see him in a cadillac with a red flock dashboard and furry seatcovers and 22" rims!

I dont know how to drive so I cannot rent a car. I will keep looking to see if they open up my trainline this afternoon but otherwise I am going to miss the comp and I am really gutted - I been preparing so hard for this comp and really focused on it. Anyway we will see - I am desperately hoping I will be there.

Roads North and South are flooded so cant even get bus 2-4h to get to stations on different lines. Sorry guys I am absolutely gutted - had enough sh*t going on recently without my lifting being messed with too.
