Something like 50g protein & 1200 cals. Tastes awesome but you can feel it killing you as you munch....

Speaking of nutrition i was watching a video of jay cutlers food for the day, i feel sorry for the poor guy, its literally rice with plain chicken, fish with yams. 2 things on a plate never any sauce or anything.

Mary mother of god ! I didn't know a triple existed!!! I f**king love XL bacon double cheeseburgers , they are the King ( forgive the pun) of burgers IMO. Are triples something new or a current special thing?

On the way home from work we sometimes(most off the time)stop for a burger at the kebab van. This is a half pounder with cheese and bacon, stacked with a load of doner meat and burger sauce. Better than anything iv'e had out of burger king

To be fair he (and other bodybuilders) don't HAVE to eat like this, you can have a more varied and tasty diet and still get shredded, but it just becomes easier to keep everything as simple as possible... the food becomes purely for function and when served this way can add to the "machine-like" state of mind required during contest prep... don't feel sorry for him though - its his job and he is very well rewarded for it!

Very true pagan XL bacon double cheese r the KING u can imagin my joy when i found the triple tht was in germany we dont have em here Unhappy but on tht note i have also experianced a QUAD whopper in amsterdam but i didnt have the balls to try it
