Might even be part of the St Mary's University College team if my S&C masters is approved in time. Should be a good competition and i'm looking forward to getting some new big numbers. Special awards apparently for University and College lifters,individual and best team of three. Great comps including the Southern Counties and the British Unequipped earlier in the year and hope this one is just as good. I understand that lifters from Chichester Uni,SMUC Twickenham and Exeter u have already entered | ||

Single Lifts and Powerlifting This competition (equipped and unequipped )is OPEN to all members of the BDFPA and International members of the World Drugs Free Federation.Awards will be made in all age groups, OPEN CHAMPION and also ENGLISH CHAMPION ( for those affiliated to an English Division). Any other 82.5s gonna be there? We will have at least two 82.5kg lifters, one is Phil Mensar ex-sprinter (10.58 100m) will hit around 220/155/245. Also we will have an U20 lifter, Adam Elkins who will be hitting around 180/120/230. Adam used to lift at 75 and has just moved up to 82's so perhaps even more to gain there? | ||
