Some event training at PSF. Log 60KG – 5 80KG – 2 100KG – 2 120KG – 2 140KG – 1 150KG – 2,2,2 Yoke (all runs are 25m with 1 drop and turn) 180KG x1 240KG x1 280KG x1 340KG x3 Stones Bottom platform 120KG x2 140KG x2 155KG x1 175KG x1 200KG failed a few inches below platform Top platform 110KG x5 Happy with log and yoke, wasn’t really feeling stones, so was happy to get the 200 somewhere near. | ||
