AKA the great reset Member 4056, 5209 posts | I have seen a couple of recent videos of Andy on youtube. He is looking very healthy and is lifting explosively again. Fair play to the man, for making a comeback and I hope he has his health issues behind him. Always love watching him lift. Great speed and technique. Even at his lighter bodyweight, he is still pulling 600 plus pounds, like it's an empty barbell. Great lifter! | ||

It is a reminder to all of us to keep up with our conditioning as well and not just focus on weight. Seeing patients without the strength to support their own bodyweight always provides a reminder that longevity and consistency is fundamental. | ||

He was in hospital for three weeks just before Christmas and ended up having a whole bunch of surgeries related to removing the tumour (there were lots of complications). He was down to 100kg when he got out  Since then, he's been rebuilding each week and he's currently sat at 129kg deadlifting 310kg like an empty bar! It's just great to see him healthy, lifting like a boss is just a bonus  | ||
