827.5 kgs @ 133kgs Eq		Regular gentle readers cannot have failed to notice that training ceased just about a month ago. Today I under go a procedure which may allow a restart or at least a line of sight to a restart. In computer terms I get re-booted or switched off and back on again. It is seemingly far more common that most think, and it works for computers, so why not for me ?

It did go well thank you, and appears to have worked, a gentle week this week then I can ease back into things.
