You wouldn't notice if you walked past me in the street but if you looked at the two together you wouldn't need a second guess as to which one it was. I may swing by the chemist later to see if he can recommend some soothing gunk. I endeavour to spend so little time outside it must have been a fortunate beastie to get a piece of me. I will therefore endeavour to spend less time in the open air. Damn the outdoors !

We await developments. Physio on the back on the way to the gym as is usual for the last Monday of the month. Maybe.
