alrite lads, Joined the website and not really told alot about maself at all lol, Still gettin bullied of everyone for accidently pressing buttons and sending threads half finished ha.

Ive bin training as a strongman for about half a year at olympic gym in ashton and nt too sure if theyve accepted me yet though ha, and training in the gym for about 2 years. I first started strongman because it was different and fun and met a few of my so called "mates" at olympic who helped me train, but im still new to the strongman concept and dnt have any idea really how to train properly.
Here a few of my PB'S and stats (not too sure what is relevent to include)

Age:18
Weight:80kg
Height:5ft5
Shoe size:8 haha

Clean and jerk: 90kg
Snatch: an olympic 20kg bar ha, not attempted

Behind neck jerk: 120kg
Jerk:95kg (axle)
Strict press:80kg

Deadlift: 220kg
Squat:180kg
Bench press:110kg
Front squat:100kg for 3

Atlas stone: 100kg ish
Farmers walk: 200kg 50 metres

Would like to include aims but im not sure what to put or how long it will take.

Today was the back session, thrown in sum shoulders cos i was limited for time

Log press: blasted my shoulders on 65kg log, finishing off with 10 reps

Deadlift:
-70kg-8reps
-120kg-3reps
-170kg-1rep
-200kg-1rep (need to warm up properly, trying to b too good and not thinking logically, learnt from my mistake, very poor deadlift sesh, ended up with sore bak and stopped)

Seated press:
-60kg-8reps
-60kg-8reps
-70kg-5reps
-75kg-3reps
-80kg-1rep PB

Finished off with various dumbell and machine exercises

My workout is as follows

Farmers walk:
-120kg-50 metre x 2(warmup)
-160kg-50 metre
-200kg-50 metre
-220kg-50 metre (pb)

Big 320kg tyre flip x 4

Squat:
-Bar- (warmup)
-60kg- 8 reps
-80kg- 8 reps
-100kg- 6 reps
-120kg- 5 reps
-140kg- 4 reps
-160kg- 2 reps

Session was cut short due to my dad being an arse and wanted a lift!!

Did chest today

Bench press:
-60kg- 8 reps
-80kg- 8 reps
-100kg- 5 reps (pb)
-110kg- 3 reps (pb)
-100kg- 4 reps
Superset: 8 on 80kg, 5 on 70kg and 6 on 60kg

Incline dumbell press:
-45kg- 8 reps
-53kg- 8 reps
-63kg- 8 reps
-77kg- 5 reps

Flys:
-16kg- 8 reps
-18kg- 8 reps x 3

Did half an hour on a treadmill, gettin fat ha

Decline bench press:
-60kg- 8 reps
-80kg- 8 reps
-100kg- 5 reps
-120kg- 1 rep (had to be helped a little bit)
-80kg- 8 reps

Pec Deck:
-54kg- 8 reps
-63kg- 8 reps
-72kg- 8 reps
-81kg- 5 reps
-90kg- 3 reps

Then finished off with some abs

Need help improving on deadlift! Every1 seems to be flying ahed of me, are conventional deadlifts benefitial to do all the time or should i throw in other forms of deadlifts? Unhappy i cnt seem to get past 210kg again even thought i have a pb of 220!

Strict Press:

4 x 35kg (warmup)
4 x 60kg
2 x 75kg
1 x 85kg (Push press)
1 x 90kg (push press)
1 x 100kg (push press: failed though, VERY nearly locked out, SO SO close)
3 sets on 75kg 2 reps each

Deadlift:

3 sets of 4 at 60kg (warmup)
5 x 100kg
3 x 140kg
1 x 180kg
1 x 190kg
1 x 200kg (FAIL!! absolutely pathetic Unhappy punished myself and put my back through punishment my doing 7 inch platform deadlifts which are listed below!!)

7 inch platform deadlift:

5 x 60kg
5 x 100kg
3 x 120kg
3 x 140kg
1 x 160kg
1 x 180kg (pb)

Finished off with lots of trapezius, back, deltoid and latissimus dorsi work!!!! to be precise ha.

Bar (warmup and stretch)
60kg - 8 reps
80kg - 8 reps
100kg - 8 reps
120kg - 6 reps
140kg - 2 reps
160kg - 2 reps
170kg - 2 reps
180kg - 1 rep

Front squat:
bar (warmup)
60kg - 8 reps
80kg - 5 reps
100kg - 5 reps
120kg - 4 reps x 3sets (pb lift)

Leg Press:
100kg - 8 reps
150kg - 8 reps
170kg - 6 reps
200kg - 4 reps
220kg - 2 reps
240kg - 1 rep

Yolk:
70kg frame - 50 metres
150kg - 50 metres
170kg - 50 metres
190kg - 50 metres
210kg - 50 metres
230kg - 20 metres ish (couldnt go any further ha)

Finished off with 150kg calf raise 3 sets of 10
