Right Thats me got my account all sorted! Thanks to Benvie for posting the comp details, I'll get a full list of guys so far up next week (Im down in Angola just now)! Its Results 10 year anniversary this year and myself, Iwona and Graham are hoping to get a big turnout on the day! As Benvie said, there isnt much Opens so far, so we'd love to get 30 guys evenly split across the 3 classes, if theres not enough opens, we will still run an Open class but will increase the 105s and/or the 90s to make the numbers up! I'd imagine it'll be somewhat similar to 170-180kg on a bar but much of it depends on foot placement and how good you are at working the frame. I'd practice on a Smith machine if you don't have access to a frame. | ||

Member 4692, 7 posts | opens are not shaping up at all, i would be keen but there's only 3 guys, organisers might want to merge classes & leave a choice of weights - arnold style. that would maybe help with low numbers on opens and overall " who is the strongest " | ||
