Shoulders/Back -

Thought I'd treat myself to a gym session as theres not much I can do at home at the moment!


Deadlifts ss with rear delt raises -

60kg x 20, 10kg x 15
70kg x 15, 12.5kg x 15
90kg x 12, 15kg x 15

Back felt ok with these.


Wide Grip Lat Pulldown -

50kg x 20
60kg x 15
70kg x 12
80kg x 10


Low Pulley Row -

60kg x 20
70kg x 15
80kg x 10
110kg x 6
135kg x 4

This hurt my back for some reason Confused

Strict Press -

40kg x 12
60kg x 10
70kg x 8
80kg x 2
100kg x 2 PP

Clean to start each set which crucified my back!


Standing cable crunch ss with cable lateral raise -

Stack x 20, 5kg x 20
Stack x 20, 10kg x 15
Stack x 20, 15kg x 10


Good session and felt nackered afterwards. A lot more reps than normal with a lot less rest! Don't know why but is killing me now!

Cable crossovers ss with low pulley cable front raise things -

15kg x 20, 5kg x 20
15kg x 20, 10kg x 20


Dumbbell curl ss with Rope Pressdowns -

10kg x 20, 30kg x 20
12.5kg x 20, 40kg x 20
12.5kg x 20, 50kg x 15
