Chaos, it doesn't matter, you are retired Hopefully the last couple of weeks prop will go ok, and I will manage to do myself justice at the comp, as it is gonna be on TV later in the year

I should hopefully get a couple, but it wont be a big number. Other events are 290 deadlift for reps 180 shield max distance keg loading (115, 125, 135, 145 or something) car hold stones

Then did some training Yoke zercher runs 130*20m 130*20m 130*60m Stones 90,100,110,120,130,140 160 almost, but it stuck to my shorts and pulled them down when i dropped it 160*1 at last, that horrible stone has always eluded me, so pleased to get it

Drew, no footage exists, but if it did you probably couldn't afford it you may however enjoy the fact that at one point the stone was also stuck to the sides of my calves
