Today's (Monday) After hammering high bar squats for a month, twice a week, it's time to test low bar.. 140x1 Belt on 150x1 160x1 170x1 175x1 180x1 185x1 Easy enough 155x4 135x8 Bench,paused 100x1 115x1 117.5x1 120x1 Slow, to the point of being boring. If I'd gone 110 then 120, it'd have been much quicker (I think). 100x5 90x8 70x10 Close grip Calf raises up to 180x15 Decline weighted sit ups Tidy. | ||

Today's (Friday) Back to High Bar for Squats.. 140x4 Belt on 150x3 160x2 150x3 Belt off 140x5 120x10x2 Bench 110x3 115x1x3 Paused + 32kg chains at the top, fast as possible 70x3x5 180kg calf raises, leg curls, leg extensions. Done. Going for beer.. | ||

Squats High bar Beltless 140x5x5 Laboured Bench Paused 32kg of chains at the top 75x5x4 CGBP 75x8x5 Calf raises and weighted decline sit ups to finish Hard today. | ||

Good session. Must be all that Cointreau I drank last night... | ||
