My last log ended abruptly with (another) back injury.

Not being someone who gives in easily, though, I'll keep going, with deads taking a back seat.

Today's (Monday)

After hammering high bar squats for a month, twice a week, it's time to test low bar..

Nice lifting across the board. For someone who has had a back injury recently you are lifting well on both squat and deads.

Thanks very much! The injury has healed as good as it's going to, I think.

The best cure for a knackered back is to stretch it every day in my opinion. Your back sounds in a similar condition to mine. Basically ok, but can be a bit bothersome fom time to time. Mine aches, i stretch it, it stops aching. Simples!

You're spot on, of course. I don't stretch enough. I am getting better though, out of necessity.
