Really pleased with this. 5kg increase on last week. Will stick at this next week and go for a 3rd set at 190kg.

155kg easy

Lat pulldowns
75kg x 8 (x3)

Low rows (on seated row machine)
60kg x 8 (x4)

Not used to doing anything where I need to use my biceps lol!!

All reps felt really easy. Bench starting to feel great again!

Roses Cup, Doncaster

Weighed in at 73.85kg

Well a mixed bag today. Really struggled to get motivated & don't think 3 comps in 6 weeks is the best idea but always enjoy this one.

Squat
195kg - Fail, depth (easy but didn't get down...idiot!!)
195kg - Fail, depth again!...double idiot!!
195kg - Good lift. Easy

Never done this before! What a numpty!

Bench
155kg - Good lift
160kg - Good lift
166kg - Good lift (comp PB & divisional record. 1kg more than my current British record. Felt really comfy!)

Deadlift
265kg - Good lift
277.5kg - Fail (grip went as the ref was about to give me the down signal!)
277.5kg - Good lift

Total - 638.5kg pretty s**t but my own fault for cocking the squats up haha. Rather here than the British though!
Really pleased that the bench is moving again.
