Started as I mean to go on tonight by doing some extra back work. Lat pulldowns 85kg x 10 85kg x 10 85kg x 8 85kg x 8 Low rows 4 x 8 reps. Not sure of weight | ||

Not really trained deadlift hard in a couple of months due to competitions. The aim it to work back up to 250kg x 5 in a couple of weeks then for 260kg x 5 (PB is 4 reps) | ||

Will stick at this for a few weeks then increase to 150kg. Determined to train really hard over the next 2-3 months leading up to the british. Didn't train bench properly for weeks due to pec year prior to worlds then 2 comps. Did a paused 175 prior to pec tear so excited about where I'll end up after this period of training. | ||

I made the mistake of losing too much weight before the worlds & ended up weighing in a kilo under without any effort & a full breakfast. Planning on bulking up to 77kg then cutting water before comp next time. Hopefully that way I'll keep my strength! | ||
