PB in comp is 190kg so I want 200kg to be my banker by the worlds. Squats continued! 140kg x 5 160kg x 5 180kg x 4 Front squats 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 130kg x 3 - no more left in the tank! Bench 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 3 140kg x 1 (2sec pause) 155kg x 1 (2 sec pause) felt really comfy 162.5kg x FAIL (disappointed with this) 140kg x 5 (pause on last) 120kg x 12 (pause on last) Tricep extensions 45kg x 10 x 4 Didn't feel great today. Everything felt heavy from the start so I'm gonna put it down to one of those days! Don't usually spend that long in the gym but I'm on holiday at the moment so thought I'd get some volume in! | ||

What's your thoughts on one legged drills? Member 1725, 4343 posts SQ 250, BP 125, DL 272.5647.5 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | surly all the reffing on squats should be the same across the board otherwise the British records wont stand for s**t? lots of good work there as always mate | ||

It is really frustrating though at times. At the Commonwealths I saw a number of squats that looked parallel failed. | ||

I was just disappointed at how hard 200k felt on the squat. Also, I,ve benched 162.5 recently so the aim is to consolidate it but it wasn't happening today. Yes mate, I'm starting to work towards the Classic now. I've got 8 weeks and would like to aim for the following lifts in comp: 200kg squat (minimum), 157.5 / 160 bench, 272.5 / 275 Deadlift. Current PB total in comp is 611kg so will be looking for 630+ hopefully (fingers crossed!). | ||

It's a great comp as well- loads of atmosphere. im way off competing yet mate i have no gear and im not so sharpe on the rules etc but i will throw my hat in at some point plus dont u have to register with the fed before u compete. ive benched once in 12 months so im not very confident on that either | ||
