Wasn't going to go for 235 today, plan was 225 x 3, first rep on 225 was slow off floor and then needed the loo. 235 was slow as f**k off the floor. 240 is there on a good day if i can get decent enough speed off the floor.

Getting back in the swing of doing farmers holds after not doing them for about a month, going to concentrate on stiff leg deadlifts for a while now as i'm still so slow off the floor with deadlifts

Just a bit of messing around with log, haven't done it in quite a while. Soo close on the 100 attempts, cleans were fast, thought i had the 100 on both occasions but failed it an inch from lockout, it couldn't of been any closer Angry Log needs a lot of work
