82.5 x 3 failed 4th so redid the set (hoping it was just a bad set)
82.5 x 2 failed 3rd

Was confident i could get 6 or maybe 7 on 82.5, was wary i had been boozed up few days earlier and then spent day ill, thought it wouldn't really affect me

Meh dunno what was going on here. I'm going to recalculate my max after a little deload, bumped the calories up slightly aswell.

f**ked the session off after that crap

Wasn't really up for doing more than the required reps so left it there

210 x 1 Just testing, was pretty comfortable

Now that the cals are back up may attempt 235 in a few weeks

Suited Deadlifts

Soo uncomfortable and hard to get down to the bar and therefore cant get in a decent pulling position, and it's not even as tight as it can go

Finished off with some rows

235 was a bit of a silly attempt at a pb, 220 felt relatively easy just slow off the floor, should of gone for another few reps at 220. Gives me an idea of where i'm at with my heavy sets. Last time i pulled 220 x 1, it was harder and i was 11 lbs heavier

Seemed to have strolled off 5/3/1 for a few sessions, back to it next session
Should of done my 5/3/1 sets then attempted 220 x 3 yesterday but felt cocky and ended up with a balls session. I planned on doing them after the 235 fail but just lost motivation.

Strict Press got dropped by 2.5kg on the top set after my inability to get the reps the 1 week.
Should of been 87.5 x 3+ last week, and 92.5 x 1+ this week, did 85 and 90 instead.

Cheers, yeh hopefully 185/190 is there, my 1 reps are better than my repping so we'll see in a few weeks
