I'm going to recalculate my max after a little deload, bumped the calories up slightly aswell. f**ked the session off after that crap | ||

Gives me an idea of where i'm at with my heavy sets. Last time i pulled 220 x 1, it was harder and i was 11 lbs heavier 100 x 4 stiff leg Rows 60 x 3 80 x 3 100 x 5 120 x 3 | ||
