It wouldn't break, should of been strong enough as did 225 x 3 4 weeks ago pretty comfortable. Might have something to do with my recent injury, f**k knows. Anyway left it there and went in a strop lol Seated Strict Pressbar x 3 40 x 3 60 x 3 80 x 1 92,5 x 5 92.5 x 4 f5 First few attempts at 92.5 i couldn't even seem to unrack it. After a few more attempts i realised i had the bar holders set too high. Finally got it right but it definately put me off for the next few sets. Hopefully that's the bad sessions out of the way | ||

Earlier Close Grip 60 x 3 80 x 3 100 x 3 120 x 1 137.5 x 2 137.5 x 5 PBRacked the first set after 2 reps due to the unrack putting me out of position, plus a tight shoulder. Stretched in between that set and the next, and the unrack on the next set was a lot better. | ||

Progress has stalled for quite a while, i plan on either doing Coan or Magnusson Deadlift routine. Yesterday Close Grip60 x 3 80 x 3 100 x 3 120 x 1 145 x 3 PBNot sure if i would of been able to do 3 sets at that weight so left it as the single set. Bench*With Slingshot* 60 x 10 100 x 10 120 x 3 140 x 3 160 x 2 f3 Not sure what went on on the last set, slow pressing? line off? Last time i did 160 x 2 i had a Close Grip of 145. Close Grip is around 155/160 now, will test next week. So in theory it should be stronger? | ||

Hands were slippy, had no chalk. Managed to put 25s on instead of 20s hence the jumps being different from the usual. Only planned on going up to 120 Thursday Deadlift 60 x 3 100 x 3 150 x 3 180 x 3 210 x 2 f3 3rd rep was fast off floor, stalled above knee. Couldn't be arsed to hitch. Again bar was slippery and s**t Chinsx 8 + 5kg x 8 x 8 Finished with some lat pull downs | ||
