The last few sessions i've just been pissing about and doing the bare minimum until after Xmas and New year is over with. I will then start my build up to Midlands u90s.

Routine wise i'm thinking of doing volume work for pressing as this seemed to work quite well last time- a mixture of 5x5, 3x3, 3x5 and 5x3. Not sure what i'm doing for Squats and Deadlifts though.

Mainly just concentrating on my foot speed. Grip was very solid and could of gone heavier. Different footwear seemed to definately help my foot speed.

Axle Cleans
Can't remember how many exactly i did. Worked from 65 up to 2 fails at 105. Did 3 singles @ 85 and 2@ 95. 2nd fail @ 105 was very close, just lost it at the top when i tried to readjust my hand position.

Conans

Felt like i could of gone heavier. 250 was the next weight though. Pickup up on 210 was relatively comfortable. Last half of the revolution was harder, but i felt like there was more there.

I kind of enjoyed Conans Grin
