Nope, well there's a toilet shed. But it has a toilet in it...

Monday 17th September

Squats
50kg x 5,5
70kg x 5
90kg x 5
100kg x 5
110kg x 5
115kg x 5

Someone was benching and I was going at quite a fast pace so decided to do the back stuff first:

Rows
50kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
80kg x 5
90kg x 5

Shrugs
110kg x 10
120kg x 10
130kg x 10

CG Bench
50kg x 5.5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
80kg x 5

Done. In and out in 43 minutes.

Are you lying?

I've never heard of a toilet shed before.

Afraid so. Although there's plenty of space to store some equipment if I can get some here.

And Joni, yes, no pain.

Outdoor toilets rule! You can do cottaging in your own back garden. That is hugely impressive.

Coming from Millsy, the man who has never heard of 'shotgun', I am not surprised. Outdoor toilets rock!

badboy and Rob, of course I've heard of outdoor toilets before. I said I've never heard of a toilet SHED before. What do you mean 'shotgun' Rob?

Thanks for explaining Joni.

s**t are you kidding? When me and Olly went to Glasgow with you we explained this at length. When all passengers of a car are in view of that car, the first person to say "shotgun" gets to sit in the front!!

Lol, the bulls**t-o-meter seems to be ticking over nicely on this log.

Olly how's the training feeling on the shoulder? Are you planning on getting back to a more normal routine anytime soon?

Right, time to crack this back up again. IVe found an alright gym in Covent Garden that hasnt made me sign a 12 month contract and actually has some ok equipment so im going to try it out for 3 months and see if its workable. As ive put in my goals. My main focus is going to be deadlifts, front squats and overheads. Im going to keep it nice and simple. 5s are my friend for the next 3 months. I'll reassess at the end of March. Assistance might go higher than 5s but im only going to do that when I have the time/energy.

So, first workout of 2008:

Sunday 6th January

Deadlifts
50kg x 10
70kg x 5
90kg x 5
110kg x 5
130kg x 5

Push Press
50kg x 5,5,5,5,5

Front Squats
50kg x 5,5,5,5,5

Nice and easy. Although I suspect I might be a little sore...

nice one mate, and your goal of 100kg overhead is very realistic, and seems like you are continuing to focus on deadlifting instead of backsquatting again Grin

But i dont think it all matters at this stage, getting in some training does, no matter what it is like.

Hope you will find some folk from the gym to talk s**t with and get some support from!
