I thought Joplin choked on a sandwich? Member 616, 8404 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 220530.0 kgs @ 78.8kgs UnEq | Yes I know footballs gay etc but I play 5 a side most weeks and each time I do I feel a strain the same area. I don't get it when I run normally so maybe it's a stretching/change of direction thing It's in my hip/groin and only feels like a small specific point and it hurts most when I lift my leg up straight Anyone any ideas of how to treat/ prevent this (apart from not playing 5 a side) | ||
