Amazing squat. Do you follow any particular training plan for squats or train by feel. I'm at a bit of a plateau and videos like this make me want it even more. Any advice is welcome.

Just train by feel mate. I found these help my squat! After normal squats just do some paused work seems to work for me.

Not really mate just felt light on my back! If i unracked it and it felt heavy i probably wouldn't risk pausing it.
