my 2x170kg Bench during my fourth week of off season training and the first 'heavy' lifting session.
First 4 weeks all bench with pause on chest, did a 5x140kg there, now starts the 'strength' block again with the bounce

Bench presses with a padded bar are a commonly used exercise for shot putters - in fact I have seen much more padding used than this! Happy
