Zerchers look like a much harder version of front squats.

CAJ - I've got some of the Vaseline off the lens Grin

Wieg - I've been doing one or the other and can't decide which I prefer. I think zerchers are more functional though.

Strong! Looked a solid lift and no wobbling... Always good with a zercher...

Have you done a full zercher lift (deadlift off floor onto knees and up from there); if so, what weight did you manage?
