Bw - 116.4 - Comp on Sunday, competing at 110. I said last week I wouldn't water cut to make weight.

114.6kg this morning and still loading, going same again today carbs and salt high till thursday so should get a decent 2-3kg drop for saturday. 113 for tomorrow be cushty.

Saturday -

Weigh in
20 min of incline walking and machine circuit to drop 300g

Weighed - 109.9kg

Sunday Competition

Squats -
240 - good lift, seen stars on way up still dehydrated
260 - good lift, fine but felt a bit heavy
272.5 - good lift, again fine but had to work for it

Bench Press

200 - good lift, fine lacking speed from the chest
212.5 - good lift, bit of an arm wrestle, 2.5kg PB
220 - fail, got it moving and could have ground it but arse came off so just let spotters take it

Deadlift -

280 - good lift, felt pretty smooth but not as fast as would like
300 - never in doubt but slowed past the knee
307.5 - fail, got it to knee but didn't get a good enough brace or air at start to lock it so missed it.

Total - 785 - all things considered happy enough, about what I had to give on the day. Won best lifter.
