Bit frustrating body still suffering from squats yesterday so didn't get the workout I would have liked done but still an advancment on last block so as long as I keep doing that I'm good.

Mixed one today, shoulder has been a grumbly c**t since Tuesday, I put the bar down too low on squat during the session and it's annoyed it

Tweaked my deadlift setup a bit and it felt really good, very little strain through the back and strength felt good. Hopefully can replicate it.
