Sacked off deficits as back too stiff

Super strong work, really impressive,never thought about spoto style cgbp but makes sense i do feet up cgbp at the moment I think a hybrid of these two would be very challenging.

cheers I often do it feet up as well (spotto style CG) but the bench I was using wasn't good enough to be safe so had to do the 180s feet down. I find it really useful and seems to help increase my bench top end when I push it.
